Please provide:

  • Date and time

  • Location

  • A short description — 1–2 sentences telling us what the event is about and why someone might want to attend

  • Organization or business name

  • Contact name and email

  • Direct link for event details, RSVP or tickets

  • One horizontal event graphic 1500 × 1000 pixels

Your Event Graphic

Please send a strong, publication-ready graphic that gives readers the essential information at a glance.

Your graphic should include:

  • Event name

  • Date and time

  • Business or organization name

  • A strong photograph or simple artwork

Image specifications:

  • Size: 1500 × 1000 pixels

  • Shape: Horizontal, 3:2 ratio

  • File type: JPG or PNG

  • File size: Under 10 MB

  • Quality: High resolution

Please keep important text, logos and other essential elements away from the outer edges. Images may get cropped slightly depending on the device or screen size.

You do not need to include a website address, QR code or “Buy Tickets” button on the graphic. PerchedIN will add the View Event link directly to the event listing.

Use the subject line:

This helps us match your image with your submission.

PerchedIN is a curated platform, and submitting an event does not guarantee publication. Events are selected based on relevance to our audience, editorial fit, timing and available calendar space.

Submissions with incomplete information or graphics that do not meet the specifications above may not be considered.

Please submit events as early as possible so we have time to review and schedule them. By submitting your event information and image, you confirm that you have permission to provide the submitted materials for potential publication and promotion by PerchedIN.
